how bad is it that i ate 2600 calories and my bmr is 1800?

It's not bad at all. People aren't robots.... You can't expect to eat exactly the same amount of food day in, day out. Things vary. Presumably you felt hungrier than normal or you simply fancied a bit more to eat for some other reason. Both pretty normal.
Food isn't just a collection of nutrients and calories, it's there to be enjoyed. Hope you did.

i forgot that was my daily intake for yesterday, had too much of everything. i was worried, i think it may hinder my progress.
unless you don't eat that amount EVERY DAY, it's okay :)
You're not overweight... What progress are you hoping for?
not everybody who is not overweight doesn't need to lose some body fat
i just don't want any unnecessary weight gain.
