Well, I didn't binge or anything but I had a normal day where I ate about 2500 and I normally eat about 1500

I've been at this for a month now and I've been really good so this one day won't affect anything will it? I'm just getting a bit

nope it wont affect much at all... matter of fact it probably helped u by giving ur metabolism a little boost. if you ask most people... they will tell u that a "cheat day" where u eat your maintenance calories every once in a while actually helps.

If you're a guy and under 21, you should be eating no less than 1800 a day, and even more if you're exercising.
