Normally I'm ready to eat all the time but today I haven't felt like eating at all for some reason; just feel a bit icky so I've missed my target by 1500 calories :-( I can feel the pounds falling off just thinking about it. Hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow.

It's true - everyone has off days. Tomorrow will be better - though 1500 is a lot...is there anyway you can have a Larabar or a bunch of nuts or a hearty smoothie to make up SOME of it atleast?

On another note, one way I forced myself to eat more on my "off days" was to not even make it an option to eat less. Like, it's just NOT an option...Oh, running low on cals? Suck it up, buttercup, go grab some nuts. For some reason, it worked for me (:

an ensure, big PB+J sandwich, granola...

Can you drink a smoothie of some kind, yogurt is good with some fruit. When I'm having a off day, I tend to make a green smoothie (eta: yogurt and fruit with veggies) but since you are feeling icky, you may not want this. the suggestions above were great- pb and j sandwich is easy along with a cup of (soy) milk. anything will do. I hope you feel better soon!

I have felt a bit nauseas all day so don't really feel like eating anymore. I still had 2000 calories just way short of my target. I'm not recovering from anorexia so it isn't serious just a bit annoying!
