Most likely, your head hurts from lack of calories. Eat some yogurt or a slice of whole grain bread with cheese, and drink a cup of 100% juice. This should bring you to 1,000 calories for the day, and while that is still too low, it should help your headache.

You are excused today from eating the proper amount if you feel sick..there's no point to eat the calories only to throw up due to the headache.
Go eat!  You can have something high calorie and small like PB on toast.  But you  have GOT to eat more!
But I am not hungry at all...
Then your body is misleading you.  You need food.  Eat anyway!
How much water have you been drinking?  Being even slightly dehydrated will give me a killer headache.  Try drinking some water to see if it helps with the headache...then maybe you'll feel like eating ;-)
There is a difference between being "not hungry" and being "stuffed/full". If you aren't stuffed/full, then eat.
I have been drinking plenty...*shrugs* I don't know what is up...

Heading ot bed now though.
Why did you ask if you were just going to shun everyones ideas? I think you just wanted attention.
No I just wanted to know if it is okay to have low calorie days...and not try to eat a bunch of calories you don't want and lead to binging...

Usually I can go the whole day with out eating like at work and such and then as soon as food goes in me it is a never ending battle. But yesterday I wasn't hungry at all even when I ate my lunch and dinner...but I didn't have all the snacks Like I usually do..

I wasn't shunning thier ideas I was simply asking if some times do people not feel hungry...

Not feeling hungy is alien to me...since everyday is a battle with control...
I wish I wasn't hungry, I always seem to be hungry and I eat a lot, I generally 'graze' most of the day....I wish I could just not feel hungry.
When I was in high school (an all girls school), we had a weekend called "Planned Famine" where volunteer students would sleep-over at school (like a 36-hour retreat) and not be allowed to eat anything.  They could drink water and juice, but they couldn't eat any food (except a couple of activities that involved bread).  The activities during the retreat all revolved around world hunger and poverty.  It was a very eye-opening and meaningful experience. But, my point is, once you got over the initial hunger pains, you didn't feel hungry at all.  Your stomach had pretty much given up on the idea of getting food anytime soon and stopped it's usual "I'm hungry; Feed me" noises.  So, if you haven't had anything to eat in a number of hours, that doesn't mean you're not hungry or that your body doesn't need nutrients.  It means that your stomach has given up on asking for food and will let the rest of the body ask for food (like your headache).  Going for long periods of time without food is simply sending a very bad message to your stomach (and your intestines, gall bladder, liver, kidneys, bladder and all the organs involved in food digestion - including your teeth and salivary glands.)  So, bottom line.... EAT!
I dont think I'm ever really hungry. Im just in a constant state of boredom.
I agree on the brodom...If i stay in my room on the computer or exercising never hungry..I leave bored..to the fridge I go..
one of the posts said ur body is misleading you...never! always listen to your body. always. when you're hungry, eat. if you're not, don't. i ahve days where i get full fast and don't eat much at all, and other days where im like a bottomless pit. its important to eat only when u are truly hungry, and know when to stop. and also to not eat when you're not hungry. listen to your body!
