A Bad Idea?
No obvious exercise.
But I want... a dessert. It'd add about 200 cal to my already 1600 daily total. I wonder;
To snack, or not to snack?
my goodness-youre a teenager!! better be a 400 cal snack to get you to 2000-youre a teenager, deff go for it
omg, and youre basically underweight, i know its tough, but excercise does not not give you permission to eat, just living and breathing burns cals, i dont mean to sound rude, its a slippery slope is all and ill leave it at that-gl!
Crummy days deserve no exercise and dessert! :) Go ahead, eat it! And Agruskin is right - make it a 400 cal dessert to get you up to 2000. 1600 is too little for someone your age/size.
Hopefully tomorrow will be better and I get get back on track with my diet. A bowl of lowfat froyo is lovely every once in a while, but I shoulda had some fruit. xP
can i just ask why youre dieting? from youre profile youre far far far from needing to. eating healthy is 1 thing but if you excercise, which it sounds like you do, plus youre age and weight, you should not be dieting or restriciting or eating such a low amount. remember, youre young, do you want to live on a small amount of food and have it be difficult or a struggle? maybe your body would be hapieir at a slightly higher weight but i def think you should be eating a bit more.
gl!
I also like the mere feeling of being thin. Haha, that sounds funny, but it's so true.
I don't like being hungry at night though. That's sorta crummy..
hmm, so im a bit older than yourself but id really stronngly urge you to stop and think about things, maybe talk to someone. im sure youve heard all the ED stories, but EDs are awful, so hard to overcome, and ruin everything. youre at a low weight as it is, youre young, active, and still growing. if youre hungry its bc its your body crying for food and nourishment. theirs so much more to say but just think, do you want to be hungry, meausre foods always-not something you can do when youre not home, or do you want to stop this and nourish your growng body. its tough but better to nip it in the bud early on. again, gl!
Ahahaha I'm in the same situation as you, and I had dessert. Woohoo!
I think you should still watch what you eat - you want to do that at any size/weight, and of course you don't want to pile on the weight - who does? But you need to keep reminding yourself that over the next few years you WILL gain weight. Get used to the idea because it's going to happen. Not because you're going to get fat, but becuase you're still growing (ie. turning into a woman). You might get taller, but even if you don't, you're going to fill out: developing breasts and hips. In order for you to become a healthy woman able to one day be a mother, this needs to happen - and if you try to prevent it, you could risk the chance of ever developing normally, and possibly ruin the possibility of one day having a baby.
So, by all means, count your calories and weigh your food - just give yourself a higher daily goal then you have right now. You can eat more than you're eating now and not get fat. :)
