Does anyone have any tips or recommend any good products? I have fairly sensitive skin but all that sweating at the gym is doing a number on my face. I wash up and shower after I work out but I really need to try something else. Also, I already drink so much water a day (probably like 15 cups a day) so I need something new. Suggestions?
I noticed I was getting some bad pimples from sweating at the gym. For one thing I stopped using my hands to wipe sweat from my face and only use a towel. Another that helped was using an exfoliating cleanser in the shower. I don't remember the exact name, but I use Neutrogena brand. It's blue and have little beads in it. My skin looks great and I've had no problems since I made those changes.
I have had always had problem skin, and noticed last year it got worse when I worked out/sweated more than normal. But I found something that has really helped...it is called Black Soap. It can be found online and is made in different areas of Africa. Ever since I discovered this last year (a whim buy when I was in New Orleans), I swear by it! Oh, and it is really inexpensive and you could probably find it at most health food stores as well. Hope this helps!

Usually I use Cetaphil they have a liquid, bar and antibacterial.

Removes surface oils, dirt and makeup without leaving skin tight or overly dry.
Rinses clean won't clog pores.
Using much else can exacerbate the condition-no more facials:(

This product used to be impossible to find only Drug Barn in SF, mid-1980's and now even Sam's Club sometimes carries it but usually have to request a reorder:( -OHIO. Walgreens has it, they even carry the lotion.
Check prices it can vary. I use Dove to change off and I have the occasional "Specialty Bars" by Lather,my favorite :oatmeal and lavender olive oil soap is available in the holiday sampler
