bagels?
as long as it fits into your calorie allowance, it's fine once in awhile. i love blueberry bagels, but sadly i haven't had one in what feels like forever. i did however have a fudge bar the other day, but it fit into my intake, so it was a nice treat :)
Hey. If the bagels were good, your calories were good, and your stomach is happy, you didn't even need to make a post about it.
To give into a craving is not bad but to overdue it is. Eating is not an easy habit to break therefore you should always try to minimize. Breaking a diet is fine but getting back to it ASAP is important.
Try to have 1 next time or maybe 1/2.
i have a bagel obsession too and then i discovered weight watchers bagels... i'm so glad i did! they are not highly caloric like a regular bagel and it sastifies my craving somewhat! (they are just not as fluffy as a bakery bagel)
