Baked Apples Recipe

Made in a slow cooker. From Farberware. Rome or York apples, lemon juice, butter, brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, cvt

Ingredients
1 9/10 lbs (4 large) baking apples, Rome or York
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons butter, melted
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
  1. Peel, core and cut apples into halves. Place in a slow cooker. Drizzle with lemon juice and butter. Sprinkle with sugar and spices.

  2. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or until tender.
