Recipe Ingredients for Baked French Fries

3 russet potatoes, sliced into 1/4 inch strips
1 cooking spray
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Baked French Fries

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Spray a medium baking sheet with cooking spray.

  3. Arrange potato strips in a single layer on baking sheet, skin sides down. Spray lightly with cooking spray, and sprinkle with basil, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

  4. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown.
