Baked Green Beans Recipe

Makes 4 servings


A great way to enjoy fresh green beans. You can season them however you want.

Ingredients
4 cups raw green beans, snapped and rinsed
3 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. After snapping and rinsing the raw green beans, spread in a single layer on clean cookie sheet.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

  5. Remove from oven and turn the beans over.

  6. Bake for another 10-12 minutes, remove from oven and allow to coo, then enjoy!
