A great way to enjoy fresh green beans. You can season them however you want.
| 4 | cups raw green beans, snapped and rinsed |
| 3 | tablespoon olive oil |
| 1/2 | teaspoon salt |
| 1/2 | teaspoon pepper |
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- After snapping and rinsing the raw green beans, spread in a single layer on clean cookie sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and turn the beans over.
- Bake for another 10-12 minutes, remove from oven and allow to coo, then enjoy!
