| 1 | cup Fresh Kale |
| 1 | tsp olive oil |
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Wash then pull leafy part of kale away from stalk
- Place kale on baking sheet
- Lightly drizzle olive oil on kale
- Bake in oven for approx. 10 minutes or until the edges of the leaf are crispy
- Eat plain or sprinkle 1 tbsp of your favorite seasoning on the kale for different flavor
