| 1 | lb penne |
| 1/2 | c ricotta |
| 1 | c tomato sauce |
| 5 | oz mozzarella |
| 25 | g parmesan |
- Cook pasta until just under al dente (~8 min). Drain.
- Mix 1/2 the ricotta with 1/2 the sauce. Then Mix in one layer with 1/2 the penne. Mix the remaining sauce with the remaining pasta. Top w/mozz and parm.
- Bake 15-20 at 350 F.
