What about salsa?
There isnt a Salsa option :(
chili or baked beans.  that will give you protein and fiber, which will fill you up and keep you going.
i like to put salsa, cheese and pepper.

ive put plain yogurt and chives, heck ive even eaten a baked potatoe with salt and pepper only.
Thanks everyone =)

Yoghurt and chives? Hmm.. thats new but ill try it :)

or low fat sour cream and chives??!

cottage cheese is good with baked potatoes!!

i love them with cheese and beans!!

they are so great - i think you could put anythign with them
Squeeze some lemon and throw a pinch of salt on there, I promise it's better than it sounds! Also, I've tried the lowfat yogurt thing, and it tastes just like sour cream. SO good! Any cheese made with skim milk should be fine in moderation, so get creative!
im confused. those are your options for what to put ON the baked potato or to eat w/ the potato? I say do a little sour cream and salt and pepper, chives if they have it. I love cheese on my potato but I will cover itin cheese so I just avoid it.

You know whats really nice...

get a wee bowl, put a few spoons of extra light philidelphia cheese, thinly slice some mushrooms, spring onions, some sweetcorn, bit of salt and pepper, scoop the soft potato out of the shell of your baked potato and put the skin in to crisp up, add the soft potato to the bowl with the cheese and veg, mix it all up, and put it back into the crisped up shell and cook for another few mins so it goes all gooey, YUM!
I love sweet potatoe and humous :o)
Personally, I love baked potatoes plain, without salt even. I like to dip my fork in a tad of ketchup with each bite, it's like eating french fries!

As for the options, I'd choose tuna without the mayo. It's high in protein and pretty lowcal. Tell the waiter that you're allergic to some ingredient in the mayo if you want to be sure your potato is mayo-less. :)
I had baked potatoes for dinner tonight. I used to drown them in butter and sour cream, but since starting CC I ate mine with fat free cream cheese and just a teaspoon of margarine. I did some investigating and one tablespoon of margarine has 80 calories. I saw that one tablespoon of Cheez Whiz has 45 calories! I know it is not the healthiest thing, but to jazz up the potato I think I will use it in place of butter.
I usually just put a little cheese and some Bacos (not real bacon-- I like the crunch of Bacos better).  Broccoli and cheese on baked potatoes is also good.  Just make sure you don't drown it in cheese and you're fine.  Oh, and I also don't put butter on it, but I'm just not a butter person.  *shrugs*
