got a question.
when you bake with flour. and say i added 1/4 cup. which is 100cals.
when you bake it. does the cal rate go up? or in what i just baked is there only 100cals from flour?
same with sugar?

As far as I know, 100 cooked or uncooked for flour or sugar. That is the figure I use at least, I can't imagine why either would go up or down.
It should stay the same.
ah ok. thank you.
