I splurged at lunch and had one piece of baklava.  It was probably 2x3inches.  It's not in the database... any ideas on what kind of nutritional info it would have?  It was made in-house, fresh, by the restaurant we ordered from.

(I'm so proud of myself.. I avoided the catered food during the main portion of lunch and ate my own food, but then splurged at dessert.)

Here's the skinny (of Fat) truth.

This is my recipe, and portion IS important. But the average serving is 64 grams, and has 300 calories.

The easiest way to figure this kind of stuff is to find a recipe, online makes it easy. CalorieCount has a method of analyzing a recipe and getting all the nutritional info you want. Click the FOOD tab, then NEW RECIPE. There's a tips link there with complete directions
