What is a balanced nutrition for the day?
I'm new to this site and i was wondering if someone would be able to advise me on how to read the analyses. what does A or B or C grade mean? how many carbs, protein, fat, sugar intake i should contain during the day? What is the calorie burner? sorry for too many questions, i just want this to be clear. I would be very greatful for your answers. thanks in advance.
The nutrition grades just give you an idea of things that are better for you because they contain fiber, lower fat/sugar, etc. It's not totally accurate for some things, and there are quite a few that don't even have grades.
As far as your percentage of carbs, proteins, and fats, it depends on you and your specific situation and goals.
