Ingredients
2 medium tomatoes, peeled and diced
1 oz mozzarella cheese, diced
2 green onions, chopped
2 tbsp red onion, diced
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 clove garlic, minced
Directions
  1. mix all together

  2. let sit for at least 10 minutes to give flavors time to meld

  3. makes 2 generous servings
