| 1 | cup skim milk |

| 1 | cup (2-3) mashed bananas |
| 1 | tsp vanilla essence |
| 1 | tsp baking soda |

| 100 | g (1/2 cup) wholemeal flour |
| 257 | g cannellini beans (1x 415g can, drained) |
| 1/2 | cup walnuts, chopped |
Recipe Directions for Banana Bean Nut Bread
- Mash bananas.
- Puree beans with milk.
- Mix bananas, puree, melted margarine and other ingredients.
- Add chopped nuts.
- Bake in grease and lined loaf tin at 175 degrees Celsius for 45-50min.
