delicious no-fat banana bread
| 1 1/2 | cups all purpose flour |
| 3/4 | cup sugar |
| 1 1/4 | tsp baking powder |
| 1/2 | tsp baking soda |
| 1/2 | tsp ground cinnamon |
| 2 | egg whites |
| 1 | cup banana (about 2 bananas mashed) |
| 1/4 | cup applesauce |
- Preheat oven to 350
- Stir together dry ingredients and then add applesauce, egg whites and banana.
- Pour into a greased 8x4 loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes and let cool before slicing.
