A lighter version of an original that isn't missing anything.
| 1 | cup all-purpose flour |
| 1 | cup whole wheat flour |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons baking powder |
| 1/2 | teaspoon baking soda |
| 1/4 | teaspoon ground cinnamon |
| 2 | eggs |
| 5 | bananas |
| 2/3 | cup sugar |
| 1/4 | cup canola oil |
| 1/3 | cup applesauce |
- grease bottom and sides of a loaf pan. Combine four, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.
- In a medium bowl mash bananas and combine with combine eggs, sugar and oil. Add all at once to flour mixture. Stir until just moistened, mixture will be lumpy
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
