| 1 | medium banana, frozen, peeled |
| 6 | oz skim milk |
| 1 | tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, processed |
- Break frozen banana into quarters and place in blender.
- Pulse blender to chop banana.
- Add cocoa powder then milk
- Blend until smooth. (Note: overblending will make it runny)
