Healthy, yummy, from top to bottom!

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Neapolitan Shake (2 Servs.)

2 cups Frozen Strawberries
1 medium Banana
1 tablespoon Soy Protein Isolate
1 1/2 cups Water
2 packets Stevia
1 tablespoon Organic Fairtrade Cocoa Powder
0.03 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Banana Neapolitan Shake (2 Servs.)

  1. First of all, the vanilla should be by Frontier, as it's Fair Trade certified. Second, the most likely brand for the Cocoa is Dagoba (for 100% Dairy Free, use only their cocoa, not their "chocolate powder.")

  2. Blend all ingredients together, in order, first with your blender's chop mode, then low, moving up to medium, and then on to the highest speed setting for at least 2 minutes.

  3. Ice cubes can be added in the summer. Some people like to add fresh baby spinach leaves or other dark green leafy vegetables.

  4. Also, Emergen-C (or store brand vitamin C drinks) in the orange or tangerine flavors works well with this, but may add to the sugar/glucose content of the smoothies.
