For regular size muffins, bake for 20 minutes.
| 1 1/3 | cups flour |
| 3/4 | cup oats |
| 1/3 | cup sugar |
| 2 | tsp baking powder |
| 1/4 | tsp salt |
| 1 | egg, beaten |
| 1/2 | cup 2% milk |
| 1/4 | cup oil |
| 2 1/2 | medium bananas, mashed |
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin cups. Do not use paper baking cups.
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in the center.
- Combine wet ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour wet ingredients into center well of large bowl. Mix together for about 50 strokes.
- Place batter into each cup.
- Bake for 12 minutes.
