does anyone have any recipes for warm desserts made with 1 banana? around or under 200cals? I've had a banana and a digestive biccie warmed up wich was nice but there wasn't a lot of it and i want to try something different.
other stuff i can use is biscuits, yoghurt, frozen yoghurt, cereal, cereal bars, cocoa (well low fat hot choc), and some other stuff.
thanks =)

well you could caramelise them with a little bit of sugar.
melt sugar in frying pan, add little bit of butter, add bananas(sliced lengthways).
Serve with low fat ice cream.

this is just an idea, i've never tried this. you could make a slit in the banana lengthwise, sprinkle some of that cocoa and then bake/microwave/somehow warm it. take it out when it's done, crumble up some biscuits/cereal on top of it, and serve with frozen yogurt or a cup of hot cocoa if you want.
As sub busker said, its good. You can wrap in glad wrap and micorwave but dont use plain cocoa - too butter. needs some sugar. I used hot chocolate mix - so good!
I couldn't go on the computer last night so I just nuked the banana, mashed it up, mixed a teaspoon of jam and spread it on a slice of toast. it wasn't very nice lol.
subwaybusker - you're idea sounds yummy I might try that next time =)
pieface you're idea sounds delish too but I don't use butter in anything so I won't be able to try that, but thanks!

Make a split in the banana- put something chocolate in the middle (preferably pieces of chocolate bar) and "spackle" the slit with peanut butter. Wrap in tin foil and bate at 350 for 10 minutes. Let cool slightly. Mmmmm.
I think the mashed banana would have tasted better un cooked.
You can make a low fat version of bananas Foster, the famous New Orleans dessert.
Instead of browning the split bananas in butter & sugar, use a non stick pan and season with artificial butter seasoning (Butter Buds) and sprinkle with just a small amount of brown sugar for flavor. Make a sauce with some fruit juice and a tablespoon of rum flavoring. Pour over the hot bananas then remove the bananas and boil the sauce until thickened. Heat and serve with fat free ice cream or frozen yogurt with the warm sauce poured over. I think either orange or apricot juice would be nice.

i mean, you could layer the bananas, yogurt, and biscuits to make a parfait.
You could bake it in foil. Get some dried currants or raisins or something, soak them in water until they are a little softer. Then add a little butter and sugar in the bowl and mix. Add some cinnamon. Split bananas lengthwise and fill the bananas with the currant/sugar/butter/cinnamon mix. Wrap it in foil and bake it until you can smell the cinnamon!
Yum!
