Easy meal in crockpot....good for worknights or busy days. I also add in two tsp liquid smoke, but system wouldn't recognize that...so I removed it from analysis.

Ingredients
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, frozen
1 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 large sweet onion, thinly sliced into rings
1/2 cup low sodium vegetable broth
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 tsp mustard powder
1 dash red pepper flakes
Directions
Put all ingredients except bread into crockpot. Cook until chicken is fork tender and falling apart. Let cool to room temp and "pull" into shreds. Reheat whenver and serve over toast or ciabatta bread.
