Basic Banana Shake Recipe
Fast easy breakfast drink.
| 1 | medium banana |
| 1 | large raw egg |
| 1 | tbsp honey |
| 1 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1 | oz. wheat germ |
| 1 | tbsp milled flax seed |
| 1 | cup 2% milk |
- Put all ingredients in blender in the order listed. Only use enough milk to fill to the Max Fill line. One cup is probably too much.
- Blend well. Let it rest, then blend again.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and stir it in before serving. This is in addition to the cinnamon already blended into the drink.
- Serve immediately. It will turn dark (just like an open banana) if you wait too long.
