Basic Banana Shake Recipe

Makes 1 serving



Fast easy breakfast drink.

Ingredients
1 medium banana
1 large raw egg
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1 oz. wheat germ
1 tbsp milled flax seed
1 cup 2% milk
Directions
  1. Put all ingredients in blender in the order listed. Only use enough milk to fill to the Max Fill line. One cup is probably too much.

  2. Blend well. Let it rest, then blend again.

  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and stir it in before serving. This is in addition to the cinnamon already blended into the drink.

  4. Serve immediately. It will turn dark (just like an open banana) if you wait too long.
