I have a sandwich for lunch every day and got tired of looking up the individual items every evening. So here it is...your everyday, run of the mill, plain ol' sandwich.

Ingredients
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 oz iceberg lettuce
2 oz turkey
1 tbsp mustard
2 oz tomato, sliced
