What is a decent way to look and feel good while wearing a bathing suit. Does anyone have any pics with what someone in a bathing suit that is not super thin but looks good?

I don't have the pics but here are some tips I hope help...

it's all about YOUR body type...

if your biggest concern is the belly go for the one piece bathing suit...there are some really cute ones!

if your issue is hips go for a monokini...my personal favorite! it will cover the problem area but u will still look smoking hot!

if you don't like your abs try a tankini....it won't cover all....and u'll look sporty and great!

if you are having trouble with your thights...try the shorts for bottom part....

and finally...if the problem is that your bikini seems to be too tight in the middle area making those love handles the center of attention...try to get a bikini that ties on the sides with thick strings (thins strings act as a rubber band pressing the love handles)....this well let you adjust the bottom part as much as you want/need...this one works so good for me!

I have a pic of myself in a bikini in my gallery. I'm not super thin.

The only way to find a bikini you love is to try on a million until you find the one you love. It's like finding jeans... time consuming & fustrating but totally worth the effort!

Not "super thin", but slim enough to be a swimsuit model. I don't think that helped the OP. =P

I agree about the jeans part. Yeck.

What about Britney, she's thicker but still looks fine.

i just wear a wife beater over my bathing suit :s :( but i got one pic that almost looks good in my gallery.. im about the sme weight.. maybe i few pounds heavier now but im trying really harder now then ever before. ya i definatey agree about the effort thing.. swimming used to be my absolute favorite thing to do and now i havent gone swimming barely at all in the past 2 years.. and it so sad.. also swimming is like awesome at burning calories i hear so it would be even more worht it if you feel good and look good and then end up losing weight aswell ;) ! oxo!

I totally second the side tie string thing on bikin's! I love them! I never thought that I could wear them before( because they looked so skimpy) but they are sooooo much more flattering the the midscoop bottoms( they pushed my fat up on the sides,NOT attractive). Anyway, I love them!  They are forgiving to my side fat ha ha and my husbands thinks that they are still skimpy ha ha....so its pretty much a win win!
I have some pics in my gallery of me in my bathing suit. Trying to get back in that shape. :) They were taken almost a year ago. But yeah, definitely find a swimsuit and a color that suits you. It really helps! I usually go to Old Navy or J. Crew.
