Bay Area Get Together!

Okay.

I'd love to get together with a group of health conscious people and explore the city, go on hikes, find new places to eat, watch movies, etc,.

Problem is, I'm a bit shy when it comes to new people, in person. Thus, the internet is my refuge! Are there any other people in the bay area (San Francisco, Marin, Oakland, Berkeley, Daly City, Pacifica, etc,.?) who would like to join me for some friendly get togethers? 

This can be weekends or weekdays after work, either way, I just want to make new friends with people that are same minded when it comes to eating well (we won't go to BK or McD's!) and staying fit (while we may watch a movie, we can also go hiking earlier in the day!)

I work in SF 8-5 Monday through Friday. I live in Pacifica :) Anyone else want to join in the fun?

I was thinking hiking around this beautiful park by Ocean Beach, then walking further inland for dinner/lunch one Saturday or Sunday :D 

I would be but I won't be back in SF until late June!  :(

Pacifica is so great, we were married in HMB. 

Moving back to my old neighborhood in SF, Potrero Hill.  Hopefully you are still around here in June, I would love to meet up for some hiking!

Hi, all. I'd be up for this. Tomorrow I'm going for a bike ride and then working, so no hiking, but I'd be happy to come another weekend. 

I'd be up for this for sure!  I live in Livermore and can get in via BART or drive if you pick a spot to meet, etc.  I was just thinking about a post I did a while back before spring, I was looking for people who wanted to join up and go to the Ferry Building Farmer's Market!  Alevin, I think I had you talked into it?  :)  Anyway, I would love to join a CC get together!  I grew up in Half Moon Bay, there's great beach/walking trails that go for miles there too.

yes on Ferry market :-)   HMB sounds lovely too.  I've never been.

I enjoy cycling by the beach and around Lake Merced.  I'd also be up for some short hikes and other fun stuff.

Moogs,  I have been thinking about joining you ever since you mentioned the b2b in one of your journals a while back.  I am pretty confident that I can handle the 7.?? miles although I have not walked more than 4 or so at once, but I think I can!!

Where would we all meet up?
