| 1/2 | tomatoe, sliced |
| 1/2 | tbs. american cheese, shredded |
| 1 | tbs corn |
| 2 1/2 | oz chicken breast, no skin |
- Chop lettuce, both romain and iceburg
- add chopped tomatoe and shredded cheese
- add corn kernals
- grill chicken breast
- bast chicken with 1 tbs bbq sauce
- mix salad together, add bqq sauce as necessary
