Bean Salad Ii Recipe

Simple bean salad -- filling -- high protein, low fat, good carbs. Be careful with the olive oil -- that drives the fat and total calories.

Ingredients
103 g garbanzo beans
103 g pinto beans
103 g kidney beans
200 g green beans
1/2 red onion
2 tblsp olive oil
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
  1. Mix the garbanzo (chick peas), pinto, and kidney beans Soak them overnight.

  2. Cut the green beans into bite size (1") pieces

  3. Dice the onion and add to the beans

  4. Add the olive oil

  5. Mix thoroughly

  6. Add apple cider vinegar, garlic powder and cinnamon

  7. Stir

  8. Refrigerate overnight

  9. Mix and serve
