Beefy Pasta Bake Recipe

Yummy, fast and easy

Ingredients
1 cup noodles
10 oz stewed tomatoes, drained
10 oz spaghetti sauce
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 red pepper, chopped
1 cup red onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 pound lean ground beef, browned and drained
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
Directions
  1. brown meat

  2. cook noodles

  3. combine all but cheese in caserole dish

  4. top with cheeses

  5. bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly on top
