Beet, Carrot, Apple, & Ginger Juice Recipe
Juicer is required. This juice is incredible in color & wonderfully sweet. Beets are said to lower blood pressure, carrots pack a super beta-carotene punch, apples are cancer fighters & ginger just loves your heart.
| 2 | medium beets 1/2 lemon (juice) |
| 2 | large carrots (juice) |
| 1 | large apple (juice) |
| 1 | " piece of ginger (juice) |
Juice everything into a glss, give it a stir and enjoy.
