Beet, Carrot, Apple, & Ginger Juice Recipe

Juicer is required. This juice is incredible in color & wonderfully sweet. Beets are said to lower blood pressure, carrots pack a super beta-carotene punch, apples are cancer fighters & ginger just loves your heart.

Ingredients
2 medium beets 1/2 lemon (juice)
2 large carrots (juice)
1 large apple (juice)
1 " piece of ginger (juice)
Directions
Juice everything into a glss, give it a stir and enjoy.
