I ground my own old fashioned oatmeal in a coffee grinder...1/4cup. That's 1 tbs yogurt and 1/8 cup of the unswst almond milk.

Recipe Ingredients for Belgian Oat Waffle

2 Egg Whites
20 grams Oat Flour
1/4 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/8 tsp Baking Soda
1 packet In the Raw Zero Calorie Sweetener
15 grams Plain Nonfat
2 fl oz Almond Breeze Unsweetened
1 serving maple extract

Recipe Directions for Belgian Oat Waffle

  1. Whip egg whites to soft peaks.

  2. In a seperate bowl mix dry ingredients.

  3. Add wet ingredients to the dry.

  4. Fold in egg whites till just mixed.

  5. Spray Belgian waffle maker with non-stick canola & pre-heat.

  6. Pour batter in and cook 2-3 min till light golden brown.
