Do you believe in Aliens?

I say that aliens are a possibility and I would not rule them out, but I am not convinced either!

I believe. I'm not so sure about abductions and probes, though. However, its a large universe. I have watched too many star treks to think that we are all alone.

See I can't help but wonder if we have to a certain extent been over influenced by films etc and that is what planted the seed of thought about them?

Now at no time have I said there definitely are not aliens, but I am not convinced.

Perhaps their presence is more wishful thinking.

I have the poster "I Want to Believe" that was in Muldar's office in the X files back in the 80's tv show I have had it on my bedroom wall for years.

Well we can't really visit other planets very far either... so this is probably true. They're probably advancing similar to us if they even exist that far in advance.

Most of them probably look a lot like this.

The sheer vastness of the universe makes me believe that earth can't be the only place where life exists. I also believe there is life more advanced than us and life less advanced than us.

I don't know if we've been visited or not. I think it would be cool to have a more intelligent species come here. It would turn a lot of our religions upside down and beliefs upside down, which I think would be a good thing.

 There's no way to know given we don't know the conditions and base elements of the majority of planets outside our solar system.  Of course, we are assuming life has to originate from a planet in the first place - I do like the idea of non-corporeal energy based sentient beings.

mspw and Santa Claus are both aliens or extraterrestrials from vastly different planetary systems.

andie, Scotland is in itself a vastly different planetary system orbiting Earth internally so you are indeed an alien or an intraterrestrial...
