Which to believe? Packaging or online information?
I have noticed that the nutritional info on the boxes of various fruits that I have been buying is quite different from the numbers that are listed online. I bought some blueberries and it says 44 calories per hundred grams and some raspberries and blackberries which both say 25 cals per hundred grams. These numbers are significantly lower than what online counters say - blueberries are said to have close to 60cals per 100g and raspberries and blackberries have about 45. I know its not a big deal as these foods are still very healthy and low calorie even if the boxes are wrong... but I'm curious as to which I should believe. Is the info on the fruits' packaging likely to be accurate?

do you happen to be in the UK? i notice that a lot too. i just go with whatever count is higher to be on the safe side.
Yeah I am in the uk... bought the fruit at Sainsbury's. I don't really believe that their fruit can be lower in calories than the rest of the world's fruit. Seems a bit too good to be true lol.
I get the Hungry Girl newsletter, and HG says you should go by the info on the package, not online.
i say, package!

I've noticed that with sainsbury's fruit too.. I had some oranges and on the nutritional info it said something like 30 cals per 100g but it was more like 60 on here! I'd go with the packaging though because I don't think they're allowed to be far off the actual amount.
