There's no "magic food" out there that can zap your belly fat like a laser just by eating it.
The only way to lose fat is to burn more calories-or eat less. Its a simple equation.
Some particuliar kind of fat that will direct to that particuliar part of your body , im not exacly sure what kind of food provides those but im pretty sure some sort of bread does that, but you really shouldnt put a big emphasis on that.. you should simply eat healthy and avoid large amounts of fat and especially saturated fats,
because your body will odviously store that in places in your body and maybe your body type is the kind to store more fat around your waistlineAlthough.. we all know beer isnt a good thing to drink...
Um by the way just wanted to mention that doing a bunch of crunchs and sit ups will not help your belly problem, its all in the fat-burning zone of cardiovascular training that you will be able to burn the stocks of fat that ur body preserves (which means exercise at 65% of your intensity for at least 20 minutes) fat and muscles are two different things
Cardio is actually not as efficient at burning fat as weight lifting, see the following article: http://www.t-nation.com/readArticle.do?id=152 6539
Also, that "fat burning zone" is pretty misleading. It has been shown that working out in that "zone" will cause a greater percentage of the calories burned to be from fat and cardio in other "zones". But since the total number of calories burned during more intense workouts is so much higher than the total burned in the "fat burning zone", the total number of calories burned from fat at higher intensity workouts is most likely greater.
