1. Exercise at least three times a week. By exercising at least three times a week, you will be able to get rid of the fat that's on your belly fast. The exercises you can do includes walking, swimming, riding a bike, or jogging around your neighborhood.
You could also get active in a fitness class or weight train.
2. Eat healthy and frequently. You should eat every two hours. This will help you increase your metabolism, which will help you burn belly fat. It's a great way to lose weight. The foods you should eat include fruits, lean meats and fish, veggies, nuts, and whole wheat breads and pastas.
3. Drink eight cups of water a day. This is another tip on how to lose belly fat fast. Drinking water will help you get rid of the toxins that are in your body and will help increase your metabolism.
4. Drink one cup of green tea a day. Green tea is great for helping burn belly fat. So, be sure to drink at least one cup a day.
I'm sorry to say that there is no way to target belly fat. All you can do is burn fat and it comes off where ever it comes off of. And that is determined by genetics. Basically you drop fat in the reverse of how you put it on. But these are good tips for fat loss in general!
Gillian,
You're right. From what I've seen of the OP's posting (only about 6 in the last year) she posts a lot of myths instead of actual facts.
My thoughts are she's probably trying to claim somewhere, who knows where, that she's a major contributor to this website.
Looks like Ady1234 is trying to generate hits on those links that lead to a "health advice" website. It looks like a bogus blog set up to promote equally bogus products.
My doctor told me that there is no way to target weight loss to a particular part of the body. When your body dissolves fat, it takes it from wherever it damn well pleases.
Personally I don't click on links that people I don't know post.. too much malware out there not to mention scammers looking for personal info.
This reminds me of an episode of Dr. Who (I'm a geek, I can't help it) where they were testing a drug that made you lose a lb of fat a night, turns out you were making baby aliens. My eldest daughter asked me if I would do that. I said "HECK YES! Sign me up!! I will so help an alien mom get to have babies if that meant I could lose a lb a day while doing it" I think aliens make more sense then tea :P

Ah the cute little alien babies that looked like marshmallows I remember them well. When I saw that episode I too whished for the magic pill.
Of course when I saw the people slim down to skeletons I changed my mind. Wonder if there was some kind of mesagge in that episode that pills really didn't work and you have to sweat the fat off?

Hurrah for a fellow geek!!! Yeah when people got totally absorbed that wasn't so fun, but the babies sure were cute.
Running into Dr. Who references on Calorie Count just made my day. Now I'm thinking of getting one of those adipose baby plushies. They do look so cute and squishy. And hey, maybe it'll help remind me that the fat really isn't just going to walk away!
