i have this really stubborn pocket of fat right where my bellybutton is-it sticks out even when i suck my stomach in. my stomach used to be flat and now its not! will regular crunches and ab exercises get rid of this or is it hopeless?

crunches will strengthen and define the muscles under the belly. good to do them but wont necessarily get rid of the lil pooch. had a personal trainer once - she said cardio and diet will do the trick :) ugh
