Below the belly button fat.....
Hello calorie counters! Could you help me out?
I have been losing weight all over by running and swimming regularly, but try as I might, this belly fat won't go away. I've never had any children (I'm 18) and I would love to look cute in my underwear again. Does anyone have suggestions about exercises that could help release me from this floppy affliction?
Many thanks,
Annabelle
eat less sugars
eat less processed foods
stay hydrated (very important as thats your "camel hump" area)
work the entire stomach. sit-ups only do so much.
you can find exercises online if you google it.
Cardio, cardio, cardio.
Running and swimming are perfect. But you need to do enough. How much have you been running amd swimming? And for how long? Working up to 4-6 miles 4-5 days a week is ideal for some, although it may take several months to see results. Also, you'll need to pair that with a relatively low-fat diet. What have you been eating?
Keep in mind that people's bodies are different, so you may just tend to keep weight or fat in a certain area more than others. But I can tell you that running has worked wonders for me, as soon as I started to up my miles and be consistent about it.

Figure out what type of eater you are and you might just find the answer to permanent weight loss.
