Anyone use it?  Does it, um..."work"?

I use the powder.  I love it.  Tasteless and colorless.
I got the tablets.  They're chalky and gross.

But thank god for a non-embarassing container.  I couldn't bring myself to buy some of the others.
Yeah, it works.  Disolves well too - I put it in hot drinks.

However, if you're looking to up your fiber significantly, try something with lots of fiber - like Fiber One or All Bran, or some La Tortilla Factory tortillas.  Fiber One has 14g of fiber per 1/2 cup (60cal), Benefiber has 3g per serving.  Then use Benefiber to fill in the blanks, so to speak.
I second what sydthekid said.  Fiber One is good and much easier then eating several handfuls of Benefiber.  Pears are also high fiber so swap another fruit out for them.

As for the Benefiber, I really like the orange cream chewables. But I only use them when I need a few extra grams of fiber after a meal.
is there, and what is the nutrition facts on benefiber?

I like the powder- you can not taste it at all. You can even drink it in water.
fiber one is glorious! get enough fiber in your diet through food and you won't need benefiber. and last i checked, don't you have to take benefiber 3-6 times a day?? no thanks!
i tried them. didn't work for me. maybe it's just me
