Yesterday I stumbled upon a good idea here for lunch - and there is a grocery store down the road, so I got the stuff and nuked it - so easy and EXTREMELY tasty!

14.5 oz can black beans drained

14.5 oz can low sodium diced tomatoes

1/4 cup salsa

2 tbsp fat free reduced sodium chicken broth

The recipe said to puree the ingredients, heat, and eat. I did NOT puree them cuz I like the texture chunky. This was SO good I couldn't believe it.

That sounda awesome!  What kind of salsa did you use.  I found this roasted garlic salsa which is pretty good.
