All this talk about biscuits has made me hungry. Here are few to start a list with....
Chocolate dipped graham cracker. Had a couple yesterday at a candy store, dipped in the same bittersweet that is used for enrobing candy.
European sandwich cookies with chocolate filling. Prince is a favorite, but Bahlsen Hit is close.
Petit Ecolier with the bittersweet chocolate piece on the top.
Spekulaas/spekulos.
A good crispy biscotti.
