I'm a HUGE fan of a Thomas's light English muffin w/ 1/4 c. vegetable Egg Beaters & a slice of fat free american cheese.  170 calories and keeps me full and energized until lunch -- which is saying a lot because I'm a kindergarten teacher!

I have GoLean High Protein & High Fiber Cereal from Trader Joes with skim milk and 2 tbsp of wheat germ sprinkled on there.  I think it is under 400 calories easy and has a good amount of total protein and fiber plus folic acid.  Keeps me full for quite some time.

Phil

Edit - 273 calories to be exact

three egg whites or two egg whites and one whole egg, spinach or broccoli and mushrooms, with two morningstar farms veggie sausage links, a whole wheat mini pita, 1 tsp brummel and brown spread, one whole wheat mini pita. it's under 250 calories and a lot of food, high nutrition.

I like Whole Grain Total (the original, not the crunchy-this and clustered-that with all the extra fat), usually a bit more than their serving size, with about 1/2 cup of 2% milk, and possibly a cut up banana or strawberries, but just as likely not.

But, then, I generally have two breakfasts, not one (as well as two 'lunches' and a 'dinner').  The cereal is my first breakfast around 7.30 or 8 in the morning.  Then around 10.30, I have 'second breakfast' (yeah, I'm a hobbit, basically), which is usually something more protein-filled like an ounce of nuts or a Boca breakfast wrap (soy protein, egg whites, wheat wrap).

I'm pretty much never hungry before 1.30 or 2.

Kashi GoLean and a glass of skim milk. Gives me lots of protein and fiber. : )

I have either...

Cereal- which i love [Rice crispies, cheerios, or special k] with Fat free or Vitamin D milk

or Oatmeal and Yogurt!

I eat oatmeal most of the time, although I prepare it in a way that makes it 500 calories because I have to eat too much.
I usually eat either oatmeal with applesauce mixed in or an egg beaters breakfast wrap
For the past couple of months I have been doing this eating routine: When I wake up I will fill up my water bottle and eat 10 almonds while I am making my oats. The almonds make me thirsty which leads to me guzzling my water. I prepare my oats with 1/4 cup pumpkin, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and splenda. Then i will add 1/3 cup fiber one for crunch. I eat my oatmeal, taking sips of my water after each bite. After that I enjoy my cup of coffee and i am good to go.

i always eat most of my carbs in the morning, a shake with whey protein, 1 banana, a mix or berries and semiskimmed milk keeps me ful until almost 11 oclock. bear in mind that i take my breakfast at 7 am. by 11 i usually have an apple, by 1 i have my lunch which is lean protein with lots of salad and some good carbs(cous couse, beans , avocado), by the end of the day i have more lean protein (tuna, salmon, chicken) and some salad ... from time to time i have a slice or 2 of rie bread by 7 pm and some cheese.

Oatmeal with 2 apples
I eat my proteins in the morning. I find that if I have small amount of meat or nuts in the a.m. it curbs my cravings and I can always get to noon time without feeling starved.

that sounds really good, I'm going to try that.

I usually have either oatmeal  with raisins and Agave nector or plain yogurt over berries. Sometimes a banana too, depends on how hungry I feel.

I'm definitely a fan of the 100 calorie thomas' english muffins. with an egg or eggwhite and a little bit of cheddar cheese. sometimes instead of an egg i'll have a tbsp of peanunt butter or a bit of strawberry jelly.

also special K red berries w/ milk is super delicious and 110 calories/cup of cereal

I like apples and peanut butter. I also like whole grain apple-cinnamon breakfast pitas, toasted, with a little low-fat cream cheese (it tastes like a Danish pastry) and a glass of fat-free milk.
