Celery...no calories because it takes more to eat then is in it...
negative calories foods for the most part are a myth. Its just very hard to eat enough of these foods to get fat with them.

im no pro...believe me..but the power foods that seem to keep being put in mags are:

eggs

raspberries

water

ummm....i m going off top of my head, oh..some say dairy..(which i believe to be true)

salmon

hot peppers..

but before i go further, can i say something to you...(ill take that as a yes)

its diet and exercise, everything in moderation, how bout focus on things you should avoid, trans fat, hydrogenated oil, salt, corn syrup, too much sugar..the reason I say this is because when you think about fat burning foods, there is not mircle drug or food that is going to shrink you over night, because if there was....we wouldnt be able to afford it.  My best advice is do research and see from these forums the fomurla your body really needs, like the percentages of Protien, carbs, fat, sugar, and then you will realize that you can eat waht you want and you will still burn fat.  Exercise a lil and you will find that your body will appreciate all your hard work and it will pay off.  I dunno if that makes sense, or if thats what ur looking for, but ive been down alot of roads...and diet and exercise are what prevail and know ledge of what your body needs....its amazing...I just have to take my own advice sometimes....Best of luck to you.
The ABS Diet lists 12 foods...

Almonds and other nuts
Beans
Spinach and other greens
Dairy
Instant Oatmeal (The Unflavored Variety)
Eggs
Turkey and other lean meats
Peanut Butter
Olive Oil
Whole Grains
Extra Protein Powder (AKA Whey)
Raspberries and other fruits

If you can balance a diet around this you'll be doing good...
Mushrooms!
They are really versatile too!!
Grill them and add to burger with onions
Use giant ones and stuff them with tomatoes, celery, top with low fat cheese and toast
Use instead of the top of a burger bun
Use as fake meat
Put in stews or pies to bulk it up
Use in omlettes

Other low cal favs I love - capsicum/peppers, grapefruit, egg whites, strawberries, any berries really, tho they are expensive..

They dont "burn" calories, but as they are low cal they fill you up so its easier to get a defecit.
Just reiterating that the negative calories thing is indeed a myth -- the only thing that most professionals agree has "negative calories" is cardboard because it literally is all cellulose. I'm thinking, maybe dish sponges too...
everyone knows that celery doesnt REALLY have negative calories, but it IS true that it takes more to bite, chew, digest, and so on then there is provided in the celery. not that the celery itself is actually negative calories, but it ends up taking more *ever so slightly more* to digest it than what it gives you. "negative calories" is just a way to refer to it, no1 ever took that seriously. we're not THAT dumb

Anyone notice that celery is not as stringy as it was 15years ago?  When i was a kid, I almost wouldnt eat it cause i would nearly choke on the strings...now not so much..maybe my mom bought cheap shit, or maybe cause everything seems to be altered by scientist now....Am  i crazy or right?
