OK - I love to eat!  A lot - now your thinkin - duh.....Me Too right! lol

I am looking for more snacks!  I love 100 calorie pops with a couple of squirts of ICBINB spray and a shake or two of Taco seasoning.

Or Special K Bites at only 90 cals a pack.

Arnold Bakery Light Wheat bread (only 40 cals a slice) and an Oscar Myer Turkey Dog for 40 cals, a dash of relish, mustard and ketchup!  About 90 calories!  And filling!

As soon as I find a recipe I made for my diabetic Grandpa, I will post it here, it was delish and VERY low in cals!  Made with flavored SF yogurt, SF Jello - FF or SF Cool Whip - very fluffy and you wouldn't know it was low cal!

hmm i love chocolate so of course i always go for the 100 cal packs.

One of my new found low cal favorites is mix about half a ranch packet with ff cream cheese and spread it on celery.. YUM!

Are you specifically looking for sweet treats?  I don't bother with the packaged, processed foods because they are so very expensive.  I stick to fresh fruit when I want something sweet, or put a teaspoon of fruit spread on a cracker.  I gave up almost all white sugar and high fructose corn syrup, and I must say I don't miss it one bit.

For premade stuff, I really like 100 cal Vitatops (I think they're worth the price), Laughing Cow Baby Bel cheese rounds, and Fage 0% yogurt with a couple of packets of Equal or Splenda and vanilla extract.

For natural "as it is" stuff:

Small banana

1 1/2 cups (about 152 grams) halved strawberries (amazingly low in cals)

Medium fuji apple

Whole wheat bread with a tablespoon of fruit spread

At about 75-80 calories each, I love hard-boiled eggs, especially warm from the pot. They're perfect when I'm up late and too hungry to sleep but don't want to throw off my sleep pattern by eating a meal.

Light yogurt!  Yoplait makes it in 100-calorie pots, and it's great as a snack.  I also love PB and crackers.  :)

One of my favorite snacks is taking a LTF tortilla (50 cals), put a tsp of hummus (7 cals), about 3 slices of oscar mayer turkey deli meat (22 cals) and then lettuce, tomato, onion and mushroom. I put such small amounts of the last ones though that I don't add it. Pretty tasty and if you don't like deli meat then just cook 2 egg whites or 1/4 cup egg beaters. Protein, whole grain, fiber keeps you full.

I love the Pringles Honey butter stix only 90 calories and Keebler makes the fudge stripes and pecan sandies in 100 calorie packs.

Two rice cakes with a teaspoon of peanut butter :P or: some tuna and light mayo, extra lite cream cheese, jam

two oreos (about 100) I <3 oreos

but i don't generally go for 100 calorie snacks...lol..I end up more like 200 or more :)
crackers w/ a slice of cheese, apple, cheese stick, marshmallows (not very healthy), puffins cinnamon puff cereal, one granola bar.

hungry girl at hungry girl (dot) com will tell you alll you need to know and more.

go there.

I keep some of those 110 calorie packs of cookies in the house in case I need to satisfy a sweet tooth.  I also have the sugar free Jell-o pudding cups which are only 60 cals each.  They help as well when I need some chocolate.  Of course, I love have large bowls of steamed veggies.  One bowl usually doesn't even come close to 100 cals.

I'm a salty/vinegary food addict (not the healthiest thing in the world, I know), so one of my very favorite snacks is pickles! I eat them like crazy. One large dill pickles is only 17 calories! 6 sweet baby gherkin pickles are only 80 calories. Also, spicy pickled cauliflower is incredible and equally low in calories. Pickled beets are good, too, even though they're a bit higher, calorie-wise.

I also love to snack on string cheese, Dannon Light and Fit yogurts, and 100-calorie popcorn packs with Cajun seasoning added to make it spicy.

Not quite a food but my fave summer treat!

I love strawberry and raspberry snowcones - hard to find and high in sugar

I also love the same flavors in virgin daiquiris - same problem, too much sugar(I'm designated driver)

A happy combo - 1 tray of ice cubes in the blender with 1 of those crystal lite to go packets - raspberry is a fave.  crunch crunch crunch.  Mix it up til all the ice is colored the flavor of the drink mix.

For snowcones -   Dump in glass or bowl and use a spoon, either way. (try your favorite flavor)

For the daiquiri, salted margarita glass and lime juice.  Add haha juice if you're not driving.

Warning - it can get a bit messy if you are as brain challenged as I am.  Remember to put the lid of the blender on BEFORE you start crunching! My blender has to have a little help with moving the ice to the blades so I have to start and stop alot.

Awesome on a really hot day!

I am a confessed snackaholic

Fuji apple

banana

orange

2 cinnamon toast rice cakes

vanilla sugar free pudding cup (45 cals) and 1/2 cup fiber one

1 fun dip candy (50 cals)

small handful of almonds and one square of dark chocolate

1 chips a hoy cookie in 1/2 cup fat free milk

1/2 cup fiber one in 1/2 cup fat free milk

pretzels

one Coors Light beer,  I forgot, I can never just drink one.

What a fabulous idea - I love margaritas!

You could try experimenting with your own recipes and put them in the recipe analyser.

Lots of people say the additives in processed food are bad for a flat stomach so try blitzing oats in a food proccesor and mixing in a pan with some whole oats, some honey, milk and dried fruit, until you get the same sort of texture as uncooked flapjack. Roll into balls if you want them cakey, or spread on a tray and slice once cool if you want something a bit more flapjacky. Cinamon and ginger are also a great low calorie way to add taste to sweet things, if you dont have time to cook. Try sprinkling some on porridge made with water. 30g of porridge is just over 100 kcals.

My trouble is when i start snacking i cant stop! a 100kcals snack turns into 10 100kcals snacks!
