Weight watchers giant ice cream bars. 90-120 calories and they come in all sorts of flavors. They're big too.

Apple w/ caramel pudding as dip = 125 calories

Skinny cow ice cream sandwiches = 140 calories

McDonalds ice cream cone = 150 calories

Oh I could go on and on :)

I don't actually have a food desert but I have this thing about Chai Tea. I love drinking a Chai Tea Latte after dinner. Sadly it's not exactly low cal unless I make it myself.

Slim-A-Bear Ice Cream Sandwiches (100 Calories)

Lemonade Frozen Bar (80 Calories)

Strawberry Shortcake (155 Calories)
(Shortcake Bread - 98 Calories, 1 cup of Strawberries - 49 Calories, 2tbsp FF Whip Cream - 8 Calories)

Banana Crunch (177 Calories)
(3/4c Honey Nut Cheerios - 110 Calories, 1/2c Sliced Bananas - 67 Calories
**You can also add nuts or whip cream to this

only1's i can think of is that skinny cow icecream and also maybe those vitamuffins

Good Humor ice cream bars. They're about 170 calories each.

Strawberry shortcake is my favorite. :)

Have you tried Oregan Chai Tea Concentrate? I can find it at my commissary or any other food supplier. You can find it in the tea section in this safron and purple box like nuclear milk, kind of. Doesn't taste like, shaped like.

It's pretty low calorie because you put in your own milk and like just a little of the concentrate and zap it in the microwave. If you use 1% organic, it's a lot creamier, so it gives you the taste of indulgence and what you'd love, I'm sure.

You should try it. I know how hard it is to go without Chai Tea.

Damn. I already brushed my teeth and now I want some!

I forget the exact name, but SunMaid makes yogurt covered raisins. They're absolutely to die for. I can't remember the exact caloric value, but it's definitely under 200.

My favourite is to blend a cup of frozen blueberries and a half cup each of lowfat vanilla yogurt and soymilk. It's really thick, and feels like blueberry ice cream.

Very tasty, and just about 200 cals for the whole thing which is almost 2 cups! Of course, I sometimes add a square of extra dark chocolate to mine.

Blueberrries and chocolate. Mmmm...

I have that every morning for breakfast! Mm. Works good with strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries too, although I eliminate the yogurt and just add vanilla soymilk.
My favorite desert for under 200 cals are about 10 meringue cookies.

deep chocolate vitatops:  100 cals

HG recipe pumpkin brownies: ~140 cals

HG recipe iced carrot cake cupcakes: ~130 cals

100 cal cup devils food pudding with 4 tbsp cool whip free:  130 cals

Angel food cake with strawberries and cool whip free: ~160 cals

Skinny cow ice cream sandwiches: ~140 cals

Cookie crisp cereal w/ vanilla almond breeze:  140 cals

100 cal cup vanilla pudding w/one crushed reduced fat oreo:  150 cals.

sugar free double chocolate pudding! (60 cals)

sugar free popsicles!!! these are the best during the summer (15 cals)

Haha same, I'm a chai addict. Mine's pretty low-cal, just a little splash of milk and a couple of teasoons of muscovado sugar to bring out the spices, about 50ish calories altogether.

I'd recommend meringue nests. They're about 50 cal each, really light, very tasty, and you can add fruit and even cream to make them even tastier, or just have them on their own.

Right on target with the pudding except Jello brand caramel flavor fat free pudding (90 cals)

&

Frozen Bananas (105 cals)

Nilla Wafers I love 'em. 140 cals for 8 wafers.

nilla wafers... grrrr... Yell i have temporary veneers on my teeth right now and i bit into a nilla wafer the other day and one COMPLETELY came off!  what the heck, right?  and because i'm at college and its exam time, i've yet to get it fixed.  guh.

they are really yummy though !

i like chai tea, but I am certainly NOT a milk fan... I just drink the hot tea, no milk.

and not for dessert, for breakfast. yum

as for dessert, well, I would prefer a nice kentucky bourbon with diet soda or cranberry juice, but apparently thats not a CC-approved choice. :(  I have a newfound love for jello pudding pops (90 cals), sugar free jello with cool whip (about 40 cals).

I have long enjoyed a nice slow nibble on a piece of good dark chocolate and thats somewhere under 200 cals depending on what kinda chocolate and how much.  I can only stand so much so it usually works out for me.  of course, dark chocolate always tastes better accompanied by red wine (125 cals)

i like fruit, such as apples, peaches, strawberries, mangoes, pineapple, oranges. with a spoonful of nutella or peanut butter.

skinny cow ice cream sandwiches, frozen yogurt, sorbet, small portion of regular ice cream.

hersheys kisses, about 6-8 of them. medium size candy bar.

regular yogurt, dannon light&fit yogurt.

trail mix, granola bar, rice krispy treat, medium size brownie.

Smart ones has the best desserts! My favorites are their chocolate eclairs and mint chocolate chip sundae. They're really yummy and portion controlled. Plus some have fiber (1-3 gms, so don't get too excited). And they're really low in calories, the eclairs are only 130 and i think the mint choc. is about 160 if I remember correctly. Or you could get sugar free Jello pudding, they're amazing!

AHH!

jitterbug, i've had those and i love 'em!

specially the key lime pie and cookie dough

oatmeal "cobbler": 1/3 c oatmeal, 1/2 c mixed frozen fruit, 1/2 c water, sug free maple syrup to taste.....135 cals :)

"pumpkin pie": 2 T ff cream cheese, 2 T sug free maple syrup , cinnamon, 1/2 c pumpkin.. 80 cals
