green tea smoothie!

skim milk - 50-90 depending on how much you put in

ice- 0 calories

splenda- 0 calories or little bit of sugar instead.

low fat splenda sweetened ice cream - 90-120 depending on how much you put in.

green tea powder- 0 calorie

This will easily stay under 200 and will get you full from all the liquid for the time being. hahahaa

AHH!

jitterbug, i've had those and i love 'em!

specially the key lime pie and cookie dough

yeah I've had the cookie dough kind too and it's good, I am so trying the key lime pie next after your comment on them! I love yogurt key lime pies so that is definitely worth trying.

Okay here's one:

Take a red delicious apple, cut in half and carve out the core. In the middle place about half a serving of almond butter. Sprinkle with Sans cinnamon/sugar and place halves back together

YUM!

oh btw: almond butter, 1/4 CUP, 190 calories

less then PB

Smart ONes desserts are actually really good! I'm pretty sure they are under 200 calories! The chocolate cake is really good if you need a chocoalte fix!

Mini ben and jerry's vanilla ice cream is i think 190? amazinnggg :)

Quakes mini snacks are excellent as well and they are 90 calories!

My favorites are frozen yogurt and sorbet... both tend to be low in calories around 100-150 for 1/2 cup serving :]

several strawberries, blueberries, rasberries with vanilla yogurt. yummmm

Frozen Bananas (105 cals)

 Yes!! love 'em
