Found this recipe recently and it works so well for me..................just plain good, moist and healthy.
Boneless chicken breast or breasts
Spray with Pam or like substance
Sprinkle with rosemary, garlic, lemon pepper, what ever is your favorite.Sprinkle with paprika for color.
Bake at 425 For 35 minutes. No basting, no turnin.
This is so easy and very nice to have in the fridge to slice for snacks after you use it for a man course. I believe the high temp cooking is the secret.
