Answer

Total body circuit training is a good choice because it combines cardio and strength-training in one.  A “circuit’ usually involves high-energy moves, such as jumping jacks, running in place or stair-climbing, and whole-body strengthening exercises, like pushups, squats and lunges.  Begin and end with several minutes of light cardio, and then complete one or more circuits as time permits.  See this example of a circuit training workout from the Guide to Exercise at About.com.
